Job summary

You will translate complex workflows into intuitive solutions for advisors to evaluate, recommend, and execute with compliance and efficiency.

You will partner with product management, engineering, content strategy, and fellow designers to deliver end-to-end UX/UI while balancing regulatory rigor with clarity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product or experience design with proven delivery of user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute UX/UI design for advisor-facing investment experiences, translating complex concepts into intuitive, compliant solutions.
• Deliver high-quality design assets, prototypes, and UI specs for consistency and accessibility across desktop and tablet contexts.
• Design within established design systems and propose new patterns when needed.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact experiences.
• Present design decisions with data and trade-offs to stakeholders while meeting compliance needs.
• Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and inclusive practices.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate prototyping and design craft.
