Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services focusing on service design.
• Skilled at creating service blueprints and journey maps for diverse customers.
• Experience in inclusive design and accessibility for all users.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles applied to projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to create executive presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Great at building relationships with colleagues and leaders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to priorities, and manage multiple tasks.

• Create clear management reports showing results, budgets, and resource needs.
• Analyze data and prepare executive presentations using Microsoft Office.
• Design and improve service experiences and create service blueprints for features.
• Collaborate with teams to understand user needs and build accessible products.

• Join workshops to gather customer feedback and improve experience.
• Help develop experience maps and prototypes showing customer journeys.
