Responsibilities include professional communication, supporting client relationships, coordinating with warehouse operations, and resolving client questions using multiple systems. The role emphasizes teamwork and process improvements within a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Associates’ Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least six months of customer service experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with the customer verbally and in writing with a professional and positive attitude.
• Support client relationships by becoming an extension of our client's business.
• Build strong rapport with partners by managing relationships and communicating status.
• Assist clients with questions, offer solutions, and track issues in systems.
• Oversee ticketing in CRM and dispatch systems; provide updates and resolutions.
