Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services in Joliet, IL is hiring a Client Service Coordinator (CSC) to deliver high-quality client experiences. You will act as a liaison between our clients and Saddle Creek, answer questions, resolve issues, and track enhancements using our systems.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accurate records. WMS experience and MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates’ Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months in a customer service role desired.
• Experience with warehouse management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers verbally and in writing in a professional manner.
• Support client relationships by acting as an extension of our client’s business.
• Build rapport with partners, manage expectations and status communication.
• Enter, review, coordinate and track progress for client requests and issues.
• Identify process improvements to enhance the client experience and streamline operations.
• Maintain service reports shared with the client showing volumes and SLAs.
• Assist in client meetings and coordinate communication with operations.
