Job summary

Truist is seeking a Customer Service/Teller oriented professional to deliver high-quality client experiences and support sales through outbound calls. You will educate clients on digital banking, assist with IRM-related activities, and ensure adherence to controls and policies while handling diverse teller tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through trainings and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
