Job summary

Truist Bank is seeking a customer-focused professional to provide timely and accurate client transactions while maintaining thorough records. You will deliver superior service, uncover client needs, and support outbound calls and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

You will educate clients on digital self-service tools and collaborate with branch teams to identify opportunities, ensuring a consistent and high-quality banking experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and transactions; handle complex and standardized transactions with assistance as needed.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service banking options (ATMs, Online, Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Commit to advancing product knowledge via meetings and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution; align with branch needs.
