Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a PC and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Weekend and/or extended hours with occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience and accurate handling of all monies.
• Educate clients on digital self-service and banking channels.
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and needs identification.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue regular training to expand product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
• Handle a proportionate volume of work based on branch demands.
