Job summary

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.

• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment using a tablet to manage lobby traffic and appointments.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance; open new accounts following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service tools.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Assist with branch operations, including cash handling and ATM duties per policies.
