Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, deliver attentive service, and manage lobby flow. You will educate clients on banking tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com while opening new accounts and maintaining existing relationships.

You will work with the branch team to exceed client expectations and help them reach financial goals through trusted guidance and thoughtful service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, managing lobby flow and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
