Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client acquisition and retention.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain compliant service.
• Meet branch hours including weekends and some evenings; comply with training and risk controls.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses or ability to obtain them within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand clients and build trust, anticipating needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
