Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product offerings.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and service quality.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training; comply with policies and regulations.
• High school diploma or foreign equivalent; licensing requirements in place or to be obtained within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and meet client needs.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and connect clients to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
