Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in California seeks a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality, deliver banking solutions, and build lasting client relationships.

You will help clients address financial needs with thoughtful recommendations and leverage digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com. You will manage a portfolio, meet clients in person and by phone, educate them on products, adhere to policies, and work hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features/benefits to clients.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships, in person and by phone.
• Educate clients on technology solutions and guide them to Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services and procedures to effectively consult clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
