Job summary

Chase is hiring an Associate Banker to welcome clients, open accounts, and provide attentive service. You will use Chase Mobile and ATMs to support everyday banking, build trusted relationships, and help clients reach financial goals.

Qualifications

Client service experience or comparable experience.
Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service.
Ability to build trusted relationships and understand client needs.
Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
Open new accounts and perform account servicing while following policies and procedures.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to meet financial goals.
Assist with branch operations and cash handling in line with policies.
