Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• 6 months of client relationship/sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proficient PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous conversations and handling of transactions, with guidance for more complex tasks.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs for branch referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist solutions to clients.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training programs to enhance product knowledge and compliance with policies.
