Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service options including ATMs and online/mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls, checking offers, and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to controls and risk management policies and stay compliant with changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
