Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including interacting with clients and prospects.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days including NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional travel/overnights.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets by expanding relationships.
• Supports sales process by consultative conversations and referrals to internal specialists.
• Participates in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attends training to advance sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.
• Maintains a consistent client service experience by greeting clients and assisting at the teller window.
