Job summary

Truist is seeking a Universal Banker in the United States (1st shift) to deliver timely client transactions and superior service. You will educate clients on digital banking, support outbound outreach, and engage with IRM for tailored solutions.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years teller or client service experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Regular benefits and advancement opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs including locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions.
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service skills.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
