Truist is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver exceptional service at the branch level. You will engage clients through courteous conversations, complete both simple and complex transactions, and uncover needs to offer appropriate solutions.

You will also educate clients on digital self-service options and support outbound outreach efforts. The role emphasizes IRM participation, ongoing learning, and strict adherence to internal controls.

Competenze

• < 140 characters: High school diploma or equivalent education.
• < 140 characters: Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• < 140 characters: Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• < 140 characters: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• < 140 characters: Ability to use PC keyboard and banking software.
