Job summary

Truist is seeking a client service professional to provide timely, accurate banking transactions and to deliver a distinctive client experience. You will educate customers on digital banking tools and participate in outbound outreach to identify needs or opportunities for branch specialists.

The role emphasizes adherence to controls and risk policies, with opportunities to enhance product knowledge through ongoing training and participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.

Qualifications

• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and conducting transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
