Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to engage clients with courteous conversation and handle complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Assist with outbound calls and identify client needs to refer to the right specialist.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to tailor Truist solutions.
• Participate in retail leadership routines and ongoing product knowledge training.
• Follow internal controls and risk management policies and stay updated on policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and shifts.

Responsibilities
