The role focuses on educating clients about digital banking, assisting with new accounts, and offering bank products while adhering to internal controls and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options including ATMs and online/mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to meet client needs.
• Participate in leadership routines and branch sales/service activities.
• Attend training and expand product knowledge to serve clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
