Responsibilities include supporting sales outreach, maintaining records, and adhering to risk controls. Regular hours may include weekends and extended shifts with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courtesy and handling transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital banking options to enhance service experience.
• Support sales via outbound outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service skills.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
