Job summary

You will educate customers on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM services, build trusted relationships, and collaborate with team members to meet financial goals while handling branch operations and cash tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior client service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn banking products and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and ATM duties while following procedures.
