• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch team members to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and use of cash vaults or ATMs in line with bank policies.
