Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the team to reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and vault/ATM duties in accordance with policies.
