Job summary

Chase is looking for an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in a branch setting. You will greet clients, help them open accounts, and educate them on digital banking options while following all procedures.

You will build trusted relationships with customers, collaborate with branch colleagues, and support daily branch operations including cash handling and technology usage to meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships through active listening and collaborative teamwork to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
