Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in a welcoming branch environment. You will greet clients, process transactions, and help them open accounts while following policies and security procedures.

You will educate customers on Chase's digital tools and build lasting relationships by listening, understanding needs, and offering suitable product solutions.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage lobby flow to create a welcoming environment.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while following policy and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and presenting tailored solutions.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
