Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in a branch setting. You will greet clients, open accounts, and provide friendly service while leveraging Chase Mobile App and online tools to support everyday banking needs.

The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, learning products quickly, and collaborating with the branch team to meet financial goals. A high school diploma or GED is required, with cash handling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services and procedures.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices while following bank policies.
