Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and coordinating lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and help opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day‑to‑day banking and self‑service options like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch team to reach goals.
• Assist branch operations including cash devices while following bank procedures.
