Responsibilities

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (mobile app, online banking, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to meet financial goals.
• Assist branch operations, including cash handling and equipment management, per bank policies.
