Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a consistent service level and assist with complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales through client outreach, offers review, and referrals to branch teams or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in all components of Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Adhere to controls, procedures and risk management policies; stay updated on policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution, handling workload per branch.
