Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences and represent the brand with hospitality. You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, help open accounts, and educate customers on digital banking tools while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

You will build trusted relationships, provide product knowledge, and collaborate with the branch team to achieve financial goals, handling routine branch operations as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Strong client service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to learn products and procedures quickly.
• Cash handling experience is a plus for preferred qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow on a tablet, and coordinating meetings.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and assist with opening new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients through active listening and solution sharing, collaborating with branch team.
• Perform branch operations, potentially handling cash devices in line with bank policies.
