Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to clients entering the branch, managing lobby flow and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet needs anytime, anywhere.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices while following bank policies and procedures.
