You will build trusted relationships, educate clients on products, and support daily banking needs including new account openings, app usage, and self-service channels. This role emphasizes hospitality, compliance, and collaborative teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach goals.
• Perform branch operations and manage cash devices while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
