• Educate clients on day‑to‑day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and transactions in line with bank policies.
