• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and ensure a consistent client experience.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.

• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult about banking solutions and connect to specialists.
