Thrive is seeking a Client Delivery Manager to build strategic relationships with key client stakeholders, drive measurable value, and ensure customers realize full value from contracted services.

The role blends ITIL/ITSM expertise with business acumen, overseeing onboarding, renewals, and revenue growth, and leading initiatives to improve health scores and advocacy across Thrive accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital CDM experience or managed services experience is a plus
• Strong business acumen including financial/P&L awareness
• ITIL/ITSM, Lean Six Sigma, and related certifications
• College degree or commensurate work experience
• General understanding of technology and managed services

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Drive measurable value and success outcomes for Thrive clients.
• Manage onboarding, training, and enablement activities.
• Oversee contract P&L, renewals, and revenue expansion.
• Lead customer advocacy and resolve escalations promptly.
