Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Sr. Client Executive-Business Insurance in Overland Park (Hybrid). The role focuses on developing and strengthening client relationships, delivering high-quality service, and expanding accounts with minimal guidance.

You will provide consulting on Business Insurance programs and promote agency best practices. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in customer service or underwriting for commercial insurance, with strong communication and analytical skills, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service, underwriting, or commercial lines insurance for a carrier or broker preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to establish relationships at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen client relationships through in-person visits, entertainment, and virtual contact at various levels within client organizations.
• Manage service levels for assigned accounts to meet revenue, profitability, retention goals, and client expectations.
• Identify additional business opportunities and cross-sell services.
• Provide leadership and coordinate team meetings; mentor and train team members.
• Stay informed on industry trends and legislative changes to advise clients and manage risk.
