Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services seeks an experienced client services leader to guide teams, oversee renewals and client satisfaction, and drive process improvements. The role emphasizes coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on protecting and expanding client relationships. A bachelor’s degree with years of service experience is required, with licensing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team’s day-to-day work and maintain service consistency.
• Collaborate with branch leaders on renewals, client retention, and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, support margins, and ensure team resources.
• Coach colleagues, remove roadblocks, and foster a learning culture.
• Protect existing business and pursue growth opportunities when aligned with client needs.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Guide the team’s day-to-day work and help keep service consistent across your account group.
• Work with branch leaders and production partners on renewals, client retention, and client satisfaction.
• Help spot ways to improve how work gets done, support margin goals, and make sure the team has what it needs to serve clients well.
• Coach colleagues, help remove roadblocks, and build a culture where people share ideas and keep learning.
• Help protect existing business and look for ways to grow accounts when it fits the client’s needs.

About You

Required:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience

-OR-

• High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred:

• Prior experience designing and implementing productivity and client service improvements
• Experience leading and managing teams (preferably within a matrix environment) within an operational service delivery or shared services environment
• Keen understanding of professional and industry standards/practices.
• The ability to coach others and set clear expectatiions
