Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a Client Manager on our Employee Benefits team. You will manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to retention while supporting renewal activities.

You'll work closely with the Production team and client representatives to deliver tailored benefits solutions and identify growth opportunities, building lasting relationships for both clients and Gallagher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience is required.
• High School diploma/GED with 8+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
• Producer's License is required/licensing as appropriate.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Appropriate licensing as required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts with careful attention to client needs.
• Collaborate with the Production team to deliver renewal solutions, securing existing business and growth opportunities.
• Cultivate strong client relationships to enhance Gallagher’s value and drive success for clients and the organization.

About You

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience OR
• High School diploma/GED with 8+ years of client service and/or claims management experience
• Producer's License
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Appropriate licensing as required

• Previous insurance industry knowledge and experience
• Experience managing client relationships
