Equus Workforce Solutions in Pittsburgh is seeking a Talent Engagement professional to join the operations team. You will greet clients, manage the reception area, outreach, and schedule appointments to ensure smooth client flow.

You will maintain client data, generate reports for management, assist with new participant orientations, and prepare informational packets. You will handle calls, route inquiries, and pursue process improvements while supporting office communications.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and manage the reception area and scheduling.
• Manage client information in the database and see each client through to completion.
• Gather data and generate reports to support management.
• Assist with new participant orientations and assemble informational materials.
• Respond to business calls, direct callers, and schedule appointments within 24 hours.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to better operations.
• Direct office communications and support daily functions.
