Equus Workforce Solutions seeks a front-line Operations team member to greet clients, manage the reception area, and provide essential support to job seekers. You will conduct outreach, schedule appointments, and guide candidates through employment and career services while delivering referrals and maintaining logs.

Successful candidates will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication, and teamwork skills, with a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as an integral member of the Operations team, providing front-line support to job seekers.
• Greet clients and manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming, professional first impression.
• Conduct client outreach and schedule appointments efficiently and accurately.
• Quickly assess job seeker needs and guide individuals through employment and career services.
• Provide an overview of career center programs and services, directing job seekers to the right resources promptly.
• Deliver social service referrals based on individual job seeker needs.
• Support job seekers in the resource room, encouraging self-service and use of available tools.
• Assist with outreach to individuals on the Unemployment Compensation Exhaustee list.
• Screen and direct incoming calls professionally.
• Maintain accurate referral logs and documentation.
