KellyMitchell Group in Chicago seeks a dynamic Sales Consultant who can consistently win Fortune 500 IT clients. You will lead relationship-based outreach, present IT talent solutions, and collaborate with recruiters to fill weekly requisitions while driving revenue.

This role offers hybrid work, uncapped commissions, and a path to leadership as you build long-term partnerships with hiring managers across the Midwest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven track record in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment.
• Staffing sales experience is highly preferred.
• Expert communication skills to build and sustain client relationships.
• Positive attitude with high energy and accountability.
• Travel locally as needed; willingness to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Fortune 500 clients to sell IT talent & project solutions.
• Develop relationship-based approach with IT Hiring Managers.
• Prospect new accounts via LinkedIn, calls, and events.
• Bring in weekly job requisitions and submit qualified candidates.
• Partner with Recruiters to prep candidates for client interviews.
• Follow KM’s sales process to hit and exceed weekly goals.
• Serve as main client contact and escalate issues as needed.
• Mentor Technical Recruiters in sourcing and screening.

Job description

Day to Day

• Consistently meet with new and existing Fortune 500 clients to sell them KellyMitchell IT talent & project solutions services
• Use a relationship-based sales approach to establish long-term relationships with IT Hiring Managers through weekly client meetings (lunches, coffee meetings, happy hours, etc.)
• Generate sales revenue by prospecting new accounts through LinkedIn, cold calling, ZoomInfo, networking events, and referrals
• Bring in weekly job requisitions and ensure qualified candidates are submitted to each position
• Partner with Recruiters to ensure all candidates are prepped prior to client interview(s)
• Follow KM’s sales process to consistently hit and exceed weekly goals
• Operate as the main point of contact for all account communication and issue escalation/resolution
• Accountable for account performance and supplier scorecard metrics
• Mentor Technical Recruiters by assisting in the sourcing and screening processes as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven track record in a competitive, fast pace, sales-oriented environment
• Staffing sales experience is highly preferred
• Expert communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Positive attitude, team player mentality, and drive to be successful
• High-energy and competitive nature that seeks results and personal accountability for sales
• Must be willing to travel locally and have reliable transportation
• Experience selling staffing solutions is a plus
