Job summary

Centraprise seeks an Engagement Manager to build and sustain client relationships while directing project delivery. The role bridges client needs with company capabilities, acting as the primary contact and coordinating internal teams across banking, cloud, and security domains.

You will oversee scope, finances, and issue resolution to foster long-term partnerships. Strong English communication and PMP/ITIL credentials are required, with a BS in CS/IT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing role focused on service delivery or program management.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance services industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• PMP and ITIL certifications are preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: serve as primary contact and build trust.
• Project Oversight: orchestrate plans, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Financial & Contract Management: oversee project finances and terms.
• Problem Resolution: address client issues and conflicts promptly.
• Internal Coordination: liaise with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
• Driving Opportunities: lead RFI/RFP processes and new-business opportunities.
