Job summary

Computacenter United States Inc is hiring a Senior Project Manager to direct and oversee multiple IT projects from initiation to closure. You will partner with business leaders, build detailed plans, manage budgets, and coordinate internal teams and third parties to meet timelines and quality standards.

The role emphasizes customer-facing activities (about 70%), coaching PMs, and driving risk mitigation while maintaining client satisfaction and alignment with core values.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of IT project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and MS Project.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver services aligned with Winning Together values.
• Lead planning and implementation of project(s) through lifecycle.
• Oversee scope, goals and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, trackers, risks, issues, and timelines.
• Coordinate resources including third parties.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation.
• Track progress and report to stakeholders.
• Escalate issues and drive risk mitigation.
• Ensure on-budget, on-schedule delivery and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop less experienced PMs.
