Truist Financial Corporation in Kings Mountain, NC is hiring a Regular teller/client service associate. You will engage clients, perform transactions, and educate customers about online and mobile banking to enhance their service experience.

You will support the branch by identifying client needs, cross-selling opportunities, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to policies and risk management. Weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options.
• Support sales by identifying client needs and referring to branch staff.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to policies and risk management; stay informed of changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
