Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time Teller to serve clients in our North Carolina branch. You will provide timely, accurate client transactions and guide customers toward digital self-service options while building lasting relationships.

You will also participate in outbound calls, support IRM activities, and stay compliant with policies. Training and development are emphasized, with benefits and a clear career path within Truist.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; enjoy interacting with clients.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications; able to multitask under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours; some travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and complete transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and stay current on policies and product knowledge.
