Job summary

Ascend Learning seeks a Client Engagement Manager to drive user adoption and satisfaction across the Laudio platform. You will partner with CE Directors and Delivery to implement outreach strategies, identify super-users, and improve onboarding for new clients.

You will lead training sessions, support content creation, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to communicate value and drive engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing support across various organizational levels.
• Client-centric: Committed to understanding and ensuring client/user satisfaction and success.
• Platform expertise: Develop deep SaaS platform knowledge, including upcoming features, to act as the platform expert.
• Communication: Clear verbal/written communication and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Content creation: Skilled in creating engaging user-facing content (including slide decks) to boost engagement and support strategy initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure user delight when engaging with the Laudio platform and own utilization metrics across a portfolio.
• Lead new user onboarding, train users, and monitor early adoption.
• Develop deep knowledge of Laudio’s platform and provide product feedback.
• Communicate value to users with Marketing, Sales, and Delivery, and maintain consistent messaging.
• Own user training materials, develop micro-learning videos, and support documentation.
