Ascend Learning, a healthcare and learning technology company, seeks a Client Engagement Manager for Laudio to drive successful implementations, user adoption, and satisfaction. This role emphasizes hands-on training, knowledge transfer, and scalable processes.

Remote-friendly position with travel to support clients primarily in New York and surrounding regions. Ideal candidates live in or near New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut and are ready to partner with CE Directors to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing support across organizational levels.
• Platform expertise: deep SaaS platform knowledge to act as the platform expert.
• Clear written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Content creation skills for engaging user-facing materials.
• Strategic thinking to tailor client outreach and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure user delight when engaging with the Laudio platform.
• Develop outreach strategies using utilization metrics across clients.
• Identify super users and drive advocacy.
• Improve adoption experiences with Delivery team and processes.
• Co-lead strategy sessions with client leadership to drive success.
• Create and updateExecutive Partnership Review decks and visuals.
• Lead new user onboarding and training sessions.
• Maintain deep Laudio platform knowledge and advise Product team.
• Communicate Laudio value with Marketing, Sales, and Delivery teams.
• Own and update user training materials and LMS repository.
• Provide client feedback to Product Management and support tickets.
