Job summary

Ascend Learning is seeking a Client Engagement Manager for Laudio to act as a platform expert and hands-on trainer. You will drive user adoption, coach clients through onboarding, and partner with CE Directors to achieve client goals.

You will support multiple NY-area clients remotely, travel as needed, and collaborate with Delivery, Marketing, and Product teams to improve the user journey and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing support across organizational levels.
• Customer-centric with focus on client success.
• SaaS platform knowledge; upcoming features awareness.
• Clear verbal and written communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Content creation skills for slide decks and training material.
• Strategic thinking for tailored client outreach.
• Proficient in multimodal user training and support.
• Ability to work onsite with NY clients.
• Self-driven with remote-work discipline.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure user delight when engaging with the Laudio platform and drive adoption.
• Lead onboarding for new clients and champions training sessions.
• Develop deep knowledge of Laudio platform features and future roadmap.
• Communicate Laudio value with Marketing, Sales, and Delivery teams.
• Create and maintain user training materials and webinars.
• Gather user feedback and convey to Product Management.
